Prof. Crisanti talks about the work in his laboratory towards the genetic transformation of the mosquito vectors of malaria, and how he sees this area of research continuing to develop in the future. 

Our next podcast interview will be with Professor Raymond St. Leger, of the University of Maryland, who will be discussing his work also aimed at the vector, this time looking at transgenic fungi.
